TRUCK TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION

INVESTOR INFORMATION

TTR is always interested in talking to any group, or individual, who would like to join in our effort to rid the world of diesel driven refrigeration units on trucks and trailers. TTR is in the unique position of having over 30 years experience in the development of engine driven refrigeration equipment. TTR hopes to eventually supply electric driven conversions and new units to all markets currently supplied by Thermo King and Transicold.

At present, there are approximately 200,000 diesel driven units on the road in the U.S. that have the potential of being converted to electric power. A conversion by TTR would provide the owner of the used unit with a "like new" refrigeration system that would provide many years of trouble free service, that would cost less than a new one and, that would require very little maintenance by the owner.

One of the chief reasons that Thermo King and Transicold do not produce an electric unit is the low after-sales parts business that their dealers and suppliers rely on for their income. TTR is not in the after-market business of selling parts. Another reason those two companies don't manufacture a pure electric unit is the fact that they haven't the desire to provide one. For the past 70 years, Thermo King has been making a diesel driven unit which is almost the same as it was in the beginning. The changes have mostly been cosmetic. Their improvements in capacity are provided by increasing the RPMs of the diesel engine which is some cases now exceed 2,600. Although the compressors by both Thermo King and Transicold can withstand the added RPMs, they were never designed to run more than 1,800 originally. TTR incorporates a scroll compressor that is designed to run quietly and efficiently. TTR units are capable of providing capacities 25% greater than existing units and at temperatures of -25 degrees F. as standard. Temperatures of -40 are available, if desired, for trailers with adequate insulation.

At present, TTR is a small company. All testing has been completed on a product that can revolutionize the way refrigerated equipment is built for the transportation industry. Any investor joining in this effort will be afforded an opportunity to become part of a vast market potential and, for a relativity small investment when compared to the payoff within a few years.

Please, if you are not a qualified investor, don't waste your time, or ours. A minimum investment of $50,000 is required for a single investor or group. First stage will be the building and testing of the manufacturing prototype. The concept prototype, shown on the home page, only lacks the new aluminum frame (local), insulated evaporator enclosure (available) and new enclosure panels (doors) that are produced in-state. Additional funding will be required once the goals of the first stage funding are met. Second stage funding requirements will be in excess of $500,000 and will include all the necessary funding to start production. Third stage funding will exceed $5,000,000 which will provide expansion funds for increased production capability in at least two to three additional regional areas.

PLEASE don't waste our time with offers to provide business plans or information on how to get funding. We have the plan and don't need another.
